Susannah Scaroni won the women’s Shepherd Center wheelchair division at The Atlanta Journal-Constitution Peachtree Road Race on Friday.

This was the 50th anniversary of the wheelchair division.

Scaroni won with a time of 21 minutes, 26 seconds to clinch her fourth consecutive victory at the Peachtree and her fifth overall, chiseling off four seconds from last year’s winning time (21:40). She also is a gold and bronze USA Paralympic medalist and in April won her second Boston Marathon.
