The field is set for the Georgia High School Association girls basketball state tournament after the completion of the region tournaments Friday.
The brackets for Classes 6A, 5A, 4A and A Division II were built using the traditional method, taking the top four teams from the region tournament in all eight regions. Brackets for classes 3A, 2A, A Division I and 3A-A Private were based on the GHSA’s Post Season Rankings Formula.
Below are the matchups for the first-round games, which will be played Tuesday and Wednesday. Second-round games will be played Feb. 27 and 28.
